Hello…and thanks for stopping by!
I’ve always had a deep fascination with the healing capacity of the human body, and especially the mind-body connection.
Throughout my many years as a professional dancer and singer on Broadway and national tours, I found massage therapy a grounding counterbalance to the sometimes stressful world of theater. Whether performing eight times a week or simply trying to manage a busy urban lifestyle, massage therapy has been my constant.
Over the years, I became interested in the study of eastern medicine, alternative healing, acupuncture, massage, yoga and energy work.
This journey inspired me to study many different massage techniques, including deep tissue, cranial sacral, shiatsu, SomatoEmotional Release (SER), and energy balancing polarity work.
Today, with over twenty years of massage experience, my clientele consists of a wide variety of New Yorkers, including Broadway performers, business people, professional athletes, “weekend warriors,” and those seeking to create better health and relaxation in their lives.
